I'm Jacob Goldman
I'm the owner and broker of LoHo Realty, which I founded in 1999. For 26 years I've sold co-op apartments in the four Grand Street co-ops (Seward Park, Hillman, East River and Amalgamated), more than 1,300 sales in all, and I've called the neighborhood home for more than 30 years.
Buyers, sellers and neighbors ask me the same questions every day: what an application costs, how subletting works, who to call in management, how long a board takes. The LES is where I put the answers, along with what's happening on the Lower East Side.
